The xComfort Room Controller Touch has been specifically designed as local Room Control Unit for the visualization and control of the temperature and humidity in a room. Its 2.2" touch display with backlight function offers an intuitive interface for the daily use.
It can work stand-alone, taking care of the temperature regulation, or as local slave for an intelligent device, e.g. the xComfort Bridge or xComfort Smart Home Controller.
Controlling climate in the room has never been easier. The Room Controller Touch gives you easy access via its touch display to control the climate in the room, once connected to an intelligent device, the xComfort Bridge or xComfort Smart Home Controller, easy access via the smartphone is featured. Furthermore, it offers you the possibility to control the climate via the smartphone both at home and remotely.
The changes made with the room controller will be used in the climate function on the intelligent device, xComfort Bridge or xComfort Smart Home Controller, and any change made on the intelligent device will be used in the Room Controller Touch, therefore it is the perfect combination to easily get insight in climate conditions in a room.
The Room Controller Touch version 3.0 release contains two application versions. Which version you need depends on the configuration in which the Room Controller Touch is used. The required application version can be easily installed via the USB interface.

Note: The Legacy 3v0.L version is functional identical to the 2v0 release and there is no need to update the Room Controller Touch to this version if it is running the 2v0 release.

Both software versions are included in the ‘MRF’ release 2.73 and higher and the ‘RCT_Update_Tool’ release 1.00 and higher, which can be downloaded under the ‘Resources’ tab.
Important! Remove the batteries or disconnect the external power supply from the Room Controller Touch before connecting the device to your PC/Laptop.
