Depending on the model of Eaton surge protection your purchased, your warranty provides either £18,500 or £55,000 of cover.

How to submit a warranty claim

If a surge event occurs in your home and damages any  connected electronic equipment, you can file an Eaton Connected Warranty Claim.

To get started with your warranty claim, contact the Eaton  Quality Department by emailing QualityDeptLincoln@eaton.com or calling +1 217 732 3131.

When you submit your claim, we will need the following supporting documentation and items:

• The damaged Eaton surge device
• A copy of your insurance policy information
• Proof of purchase for your Eaton surge device
• Evaluation report from a certified electrician
• The list of the damaged connected equipment
• A detailed description of the surge event
• The completed questionnaire you will receive when your claim is opened

Once your claim is approved, Eaton will provide a new surge protection device.
