What is ReLaunch?

Women Second Career program is a career transition program at Eaton in India for women professionals who have taken a break in their career, providing them an opportunity to excel again in the professional world and help build our diverse talent pool.

A large number of women in India drop out of the corporate workforce to raise children, care for elderly family members and other reasons. After a career break, you have competing priorities to consider and unique needs to be met. Eaton in India’s ReLaunch program aims to help women continue their quest for excellence, providing them full-time job opportunities in various domains at the organization.
