We recognize there are many differences among employees, customers and our global business partners and we believe when we embrace the different ideas, perspectives, backgrounds and experience that make each of us unique, we- as individuals and as a company - are stronger.

Inclusion resource groups promote welcoming work environments

Eaton's Inclusion Resource Groups Serve as a bridge to connect Eaton employees to one another.  Our resource groups create value by fostering supportive communities where everyone is welcomed and  all employees can develop and grow.  They help us to build awareness for the needs of the workforce, amplify talent strategies and share ideas on how we can continue to improve inclusion. Eaton’s iERGs create open forums where ideas are exchanged, acting as a catalyst for learning, collaboration and professional growth. And new employees learn about our culture, helping build and maintain employee engagement, satisfaction and retention. We are proud of the impact that iERGs continue to have at Eaton. Their activities are engaging and empowering thousands around the world.

Eaton PRIDE

Fosters inclusion, understanding and awareness for our LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Promoting employee and community engagement, fostering education and strengthening retention through visibility for those who identify as LGBTQ+.

With chapters around the world, this global iERG focuses on attracting, developing and retaining millennial/next-gen talent to enable future innovation and growth.

Promoting cultural awareness, racial equality and justice. Our chapters around the world contribute to the attraction, development and retention of black, indigenous, African heritage and other people of color within Eaton’s regions.

Asians and allies work together to engage, develop and grow future leaders at Eaton. By recognizing and valuing everyone’s unique backgrounds, experiences and ideas, we all can SOAR.

Supports members of the U.S. military and their allies. Focuses on attracting, developing and retaining military talent, as well as supporting troops through community engagement.

Empowers growth and fosters inclusion and the diversity of experiences, backgrounds and perspectives, while identifying priorities and barriers impacting women within our workforce.

Eaton strives to be a role model of inclusion for all physical, mental and cognitive abilities by raising awareness, providing resources and sharing knowledge. enABLE supports employees who are neurodivergent, disabled or are caregivers managing the special needs of children or parents.
