Power distribution units (PDUs) manage the transfer of energy from sources to various loads within the vehicle's power distribution system. 

Due to the growing number of comfort features, sophisticated driver assistance systems, and autonomous driving capabilities, the complexity of the electrical / electronic (E / E) architecture, particularly the power distribution module, has been steadily increased, which demands highly reliable, safe and efficient electronic components.
