Easily access all of the customer numbers associated with your registered Direct Connect Advantage account & their details, including location name, site DUNS number, and address. Use case: Ideal for finding & verifying customer numbers when new locations are acquired.
Enter a full or partial competitor or Eaton part number and pull suggested replacement product options. Use case: Field service reps can easily help customers find Eaton products to replace another manufacturer’s product that is not readily available.
API returns product data attributes, image links and document links to brochures, catalogs, drawings, specifications and other document types. Use case: pull product data through to your website, providing reliable, consistent data without the need for manual entry.
Pull into stock price information for the Eaton solutions you sell, specific to your business. Use case: When used in parallel with the Stocked Product Availability API, your teams will have a clear snapshot of both pricing and inventory when responding to customer inquiries or quoting a job.
Easily access all purchase orders associated with your customer number, along with details like shipping status and hold details. Use case: Quickly check an order status to see when an item is scheduled to ship or if it’s already in transit.
Quickly see shipping details for purchase orders associated with your customer number, including carrier information, tracking numbers, and packing slip details. Results can be narrowed down for a specific PO or product ID. Use case: Should a shipping issue or inquiry arise, you can easily pull tracking numbers to make an inquiry with the carrier or submit a reconciliation request.
Search available inventory quantities and see a consolidated list of warehouse locations for up to 30 product IDs at a time. Use case: Display manufacturer inventory on your eCommerce site, providing confidence to buyers that inventory is available. Internally, your teams can now see inventory information via your workforce application, reducing manual look-up time.
