This program will help enhance customers’ product competency, troubleshooting skills, and safe operations through self-guided, eLearning and instructor led training. There are 4 skill levels in each category: 101 are introductory level courses for those that are new to Solid State Motor Control Products; 201 are Intermediate courses that provide the knowledge and Skills necessary to meet specific job requirements; 301 are Skilled courses that builds on the intermediate level classes by providing in depth specific application knowledge; 401 are advanced courses that provide the highest level of specialized product knowledge and skills.

Distributors and sales professionals of any level. Provides training on Eaton's range of products, including product overviews, selling aids and application knowledge.
Installers/users and programmers. Will hone skills in the use of Eaton VFDs for a variety of applications.
Service personnel. Provides instruction on the maintenance and repair of an Eaton VFDs.
