WISPER Registration

WISPER (Worldwide Interactive Supplier Performance Evaluation Resource) is a centralized database that captures Eaton's worldwide supplier activities. Eaton and its suppliers will mutually benefit from WISPER with streamlined communication and shared information. Suppliers will have the ability to showcase their capabilities and benchmark their competition across 200 Eaton plants worldwide.

ALL of the following conditions must be met in order to register and use WISPER:
 

• You must be a current Eaton supplier.
• You supply to an Eaton plant that has implemented WISPER.
• You supply a part/process that is a sub-assembly for a final product. (You are a direct material supplier.)

If you meet the conditions noted above:

1. Launch the WISPER registration form by selecting the Eaton location you supply from the tables below. 
2. Select the appropriate city, state/province and division. You need to select only one Eaton location in order to be registered to use WISPER for Eaton worldwide.
3. Upon registration, we will email your login ID and password. Please allow up to 24 hours before logging in. 

Once you are registered as a Supplier Administrator in WISPER, you can register additional users from your facility, if needed. Learn more

Getting started in WISPER

Access training materials and more. 

1. Log in to WISPER, then select the link for Communications and Training. 
2. Click on Supplier Training. The supplier training will explain WISPER's key functionality for supplier involvement, the application's structure and basic navigation. It should take approximately a half-hour to review.
3. Enter your organization's capabilities and other information pertinent to the business.

Register additional users from your organization

Supplier Administrators can provide WISPER access to additional users from their organizations. After logging in through My EATON:

1. Click the Passkey from the My EATON Main Screen
2. Click the Supplier Select Tab on the top of the Passkey Screen
3. Click the Add User link
4. Fill in the user profile being sure to complete the mandatory fields and the other fields as necessary
5. Click Submit
6. Click "OK" to SAVE
7. Click on the radial button next to the WISPER application to make WISPER "available". This will automatically invoke the Configuration Link.
8. Select the User's Time Zone and Country.
9. Click the radial button for "User Only" status.
10. Click Submit
11. Click "OK" to SAVE

New users will receive their password and login ID from My EATON automatically. User should allow 24 hours for their registration to process before logging in at https://my.eaton.com.
