You have exceeded the download limit
Login to IPM.
From the Settings > License tab, click Activate license.
Add the activation ID from your IPM entitlement email to the activation ID field. Be careful not to copy any leading or trailing spaces. If you no longer have your entitlement email, you can find your activation ID in IPM by following the instructions here.
Click the Export button. This will launch the license request file download.
Leave the Activate license screen open in IPM. You will return to it for step 3.
Sign in to Eaton.com. If you are already signed into the website, you will be automatically authenticated.
This will open your MyProfile page. If the United States does not appear in the top left corner of the page, click the globe icon and select the United States.
Scroll to the Software Download section of the page, and click the plus sign to expand the accordion.
Find the Offline Device column, and click Upload.
Click Choose files.
Select the IPM license request file from your Downloads folder, and click Submit.
A new license file will automatically download to your Downloads folder.
Return to the Activate license screen in IPM. Click Import file and upload the new license file from your downloads folder.
Congratulations! You have successfully activated IPM.
Login to IPM as an administrator.
Click Settings in the left navigation; then click the License tab.
Once you're on the License tab, you'll see a table with the licenses associated with your IPM entitlement. Copy the activation ID you need with the copy button.
